Poor communication! Good luck trying get ahold of anyone. And if your wanting your building a different color than the selections they have you’d be better off painting it yourself! My building was done in 6-7 weeks, but sat for another 2-3 weeks because there system on getting there paint has changed so I was told, but they get there paint from sherwin Williams. I threatened to get the paint myself and drop it off and then magically they had the paint that week and dropped the building off the next week. When I received the building the trim was wrong! I asked for just white trim and I got this yellowish Navajo white color. I have tried to call every day for a week and half to get this corrected and also sent a text. You can’t leave a voice mail because it’s full!The building looks good but Just go somewhere else where you can actually get ahold of someone and get it painted the way you want.

Good luck trying to get a hold of someone even leaving a message. I have Called all day at different times even multiple times in a day and no answer or same day call back.(been trying for 2-3weeks now). When you get their voicemail it says they’re on the other line or helping another customers but most times there’s no one there or answering the phone. Make sure you leave a voicemail but if you do and if you miss their phone call even if you call right back they don’t answer.Very limited hours at this place as listed online but as a working individual still thank goodness hours of 11 to 3 just don’t work. I’ve called multiple times trying to set up appointments or to ask if they could be there at other times no response from them multiple days in a row before they’ll call back.They leave a voicemail and sound very professional and nice but I find it unprofessional the lack of responsiveness that they have when trying to make a purchase based on a recommendation from someone I trust very much that recommended their business. My Recommendation to You all if you want to play phone tag or have the time to wait for weeks and days on end then this is your place if not I would add other shed places to your search.
