Prompt, friendly customer service. Owner is very knowledgeable and is always willing to help find the most economical way to do something, even if he could have sold you a more expensive option. He really helped me with an old house with rotted wood and mildew issues. Owner is obviously interested in cultivating long term customers rather than making an extra few hundred today.
