I keep receiving mail that is not mine. I went to the post office to report. They suggested I put a note on my mailbox and I did. I have 3 more pieces of mail for her and it looks like it’s important. Who’s the Post Master?

If I could leave a negative 5 star review, I would! I pay for a service, package delivery, it has been the worst service I ever had!!! Packages are not delivered, some are lost, some return to sender!!! I've lost time, money and I 'm freshly out of patience. This needs to stop, now! If you can't deliver, then don't take the job! This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!

I get slips in the mail that I have a large package at post office. I go there, it's not there or the mail carrier was able to fit it in the box but didn't take the slip out of the mailbox that it was sent to post office. I make several trips to post office where the package is still on truck or they don't have it. I've gotten to call before heading there, but no one answered phone ..so, still no help. My package was given to wrong person one. I will say manager tracked it down and got it back for me. So, that was nice.

Package I had picked up has been "pending acceptance" for 2 days. When I printed the label it said the package would have been delivered yesterday. I am calling this morning and it rings and rings. Should have read the reviews and just taken the package to Charles Town.

1 star is generous. Apparently phones don’t work at this post office or everyone is out for a cigarette break. Service here is dismal on all levels- mishandled packages, rude employees and ridiculous hours with mid-day closures. But, they are consistent- service has been like this for 30years!

They need to answer the phone and if they can’t then set up a voice mail , it’s cold outside and now I have to drive down there to tell them my issue. My mailbox lock gets stuck when it gets cold so I can’t get my mail nor get the key out to open the package door to get my package which is important stuff I need . So frustrating. All because they can’t pick up the phone I have now have to drive down there and I don’t go out barely due to many health issues and they see the box is fullOf mail , like that should tell u something wrong so bring me my mail and package. No common sense , just like his truck broke down and blocked 3 cars and I couldn’t leave so had to miss my doctors appt. He could have coasted the truck down the hill or don’t pull up in front of calls pull in a spot and walk to the mailbox and put mail in the box , nope to lazy for that . They don’t care

It's possibly the worst U.S. Post Office is the country. Time and time again, my packages end up in someone else's box. Takes a couple of days to find them. I thought you had to take a test to get a post office job. They must be slacking on standards!

Pure laziness. It wasn’t the first time this postal worker dropped off the parcel on the lawn: literally 6 more steps to my front door. I rather the delivery driver stuff it completely tight into my mailbox like they’ve been doing for years. Lastly, our medical bill last week was never delivered: hopefully the driver didn’t tossed into the ravine!!!

I and my husband have called probably 20 times and never gotten an answer. We have also been in person twice to the post office to try to get a key for our box and they just take a message and never give us the key for the past two weeks. We have important mail we need to get out and are unable too.

Just left there. Thank you for helping me do what I needed to do, and chatting with me. THIS is what right looks like. Outstanding customer service and everyone, all three ladies just as polite as they could be.Remember, this is a tough job, being a postal employee. Be kind to them!

I love the ppl who work here and they do an ok just but the ppl who deliver mail need to pay more attention. My mail is constantly getting delivered to other ppl or I am receiving other ppls mail and packages. I understand if this happens once in a while but it happens a lot.I don’t know a lot of the new comers moving here but half of them don’t even live in their house most of the year since this is their second home. With how vacant the town is becoming please try harder to make sure mail is in the right mail box I don’t want to wait a year for some city dweller to come back to his second home here only to find out he has my package.

I had a very large mailing (27 items) all going to various places. Richard, at the Harpers Ferry Post Office was awesome. He patiently explained my options and assisted me with this large task with a cheerful demeanor and was very fast. Everyone there was cheerful and helpful!!! Wonderful post office!

The poorest of poor. I wrote a letter to the postmaster in Harpers Ferry explaining how the mail shed where we live has not been updated since its inception in the early 1990's. No response. I expected a shipment from AMZ on Wed. 20 July. The wrong locker key was placed in my mailbox and someone took my package and got a freebie and I had an electric flour sifter in mine which I took back to the locker. The mail person constantly crams packages in our small mail box no matter the size. Government ineptness in action.

When getting normal mail no issues at all letters bills and such all are deliver faithfully and professionally. However when a package is involved you can forget ever getting it on time even when you pay for shipping and have a tracking number you will never get your packages. The excuses are not enough boxes, box is to big and more. So you are forced to loose money by taking off work and hope you can be there in the small window of time that the mail delivery person is there otherwise no luck. 8 days after my package was supposedly delivered I lost a total of about $1500. because of this unprofessional so called service. Yes I was furious and rightfully so and the excuse I get for this is it's been this way since 1954. Well I'm just as ashamed about that as you are. Please we need to fix this I can't afford any service like that let's make the changes so people who do still have jobs can get what rightfully belongs to them. I don't want my packages deliver to this mail shed it is far to undependable not reliable there are at least 1000 people here who feel the same it's sad please fix this it's not hard to fix just don't get defensive and listen to our suggestions and issues and do the right thing please we're all begging for you help here.
