“I went into the store due to my phone having issues I was immediately greeted and checked in, which was nice. The mobile expert that helped me was Sam, he was amazing. Gave me my options, which I took the upgrade. He answered every question I had, walked thru the whole process telling me each stepped that he was doing so I wasn’t in the dark about what was going on. Also held conversation so there wasn’t no awkward quietness uncomfortable moments. Very amazing. Also, the gentleman (mobile expert) next to us was very kind he’s the one who greeted me with a smile when I first entered the building and continued to greet everyone who entered.”

While I was waiting I walked best buy and several of the associates approached me to see if I was ok or looking for something in particular, which is rare to see. She was able to retrieve the chain, but the diamond and the setting were missing. My Vaccums took her vacuum apart and found the diamond! However the staff will do whatever they can to accommodate you and help with your needs. 10/10 will ☕ & ? here again! (Ps they have Pumkin spice coffee and creamer)”

“I live right down the road and this is my go to store because its laid-back not usually to crowded but nothing fancy and nobody perfect there! 90% of thhe time Im in and out unless there is a problem with the card machine or what use to be really old gas pumps but thats gone now and plenty of parking! If your a nose stuck up in the air kinda person then move on because this isn't a ghetto store or brandnew with brandnew type of ppl in it! Thats perfectly fine with me! Customer service has actually did me my husband and I well here that are usual workers and kind!”

“I LOVE your chocolate chunk cookies! Queen st store is the only store that keeps them stocked. Right now there's an issue with something causing them to not be available. When will you have them back?

“There is a nice lady. Her name is Cathy, she really helped me out with the machines I was trying to get coffee, but the coffee machine wasn't working. It was glitching out. She came over and helped me and then and I got me a nice cup of coffee hot coffee too better than any other coffee. They should be more people by caffeine than helps.She has been really helpful.She's nice, kind of”

I spent a few minutes making a difficult decision for my midnight snack at this quaint corner store. The employee was jovial and expressed an eagerness to assist my transaction. They were swift.
