Robert came to do a mold test in our apartment with an assistant and they both were so kind and helpful! We rent now, but would totally use this company in the future when we buy a home.

I VERY highly recommend working with Robert. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, genuine, and has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. He gave us very detailed reports with photos and walked us through the reports in a very thorough manner. I was dealing with somewhat unusual circumstances that dragged on for a long time (and still isn’t over) and he was always super responsive, patient, and incredibly helpful anytime I reached out. We are extremely grateful to him for all of his help throughout this stressful process. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could! Again, I highly recommend working with Robert and clearly so do many other people given all of his stellar 5 star reviews.

Robert at RC Air and Mold is a True EXPERT!! If you need a mold test, just call Robert. You won't be disappointed.I had a suspected mold issue at my rental property. I was referred to RC Air and Mold. Robert came a few days later and performed a thorough mold test of the whole property. He explained the testing process and described his visible findings. Once the testing and analysis was completed, Robert provided the test results, a written report with remediation instructions, inspection photographs, and infared imaging of the water saturation.Robert's service is A++. The whole experience was best in class. Thank you Robert.

RC Air and Mold Solutions are worth more then 5 stars. I would honestly recommend them to anyone! My husband and I had some worries about our new home and Robert was quick to get us our answers. He was informative, educational, and overall extremely helpful. He explained everything and helped us understand our situation so much better. He did not instill any type of panic and was very honest with us. Scheduling was very smooth and their price points are very good. Again, I highly recommend!

Excellent! Highly recommend!! Looking for someone you can trust and who knows about molds. Robert is that guy! Discovered an area in our basement that looked questionable and called for testing. Robert took the time to completely explain everything and answered all of my questions before and after the mold testing. He was responsive, provided a home inspector referral, and was absolutely outstanding! The peace of mind that I received as a result of their service was truly priceless. Five + stars for RC Air and Mold Solutions for their expertise and quality service!

I am in the process of house hunting and I hired Robert with RC Air & Mold Solutions to conduct mold inspections and testing on two properties. Since I was exposed to toxic mold at my previous residence, Robert's knowledge and expertise were needed and appreciated. He fully explained his process, was prompt in completing his inspection, and followed up with both verbal and written reports. He was pleasant to work with and patiently addressed all questions. I highly recommend RC Air & Mold Solutions.

I can not speak highly enough about RC Air & Mold Solutions. We hired Robert just before purchasing a home. Highly Recommend Robert! We were going to buy a house but thanks to Robert, we found out the that the house has a lot of mold! Definitely, don't want a home like that. He did an amazing job! Explained to us everything and took his time. Very friendly. Will definitely be hiring him again!

Robert at RC Air & Mold Solutions did an amazing job in initial and final testing of mold in our 3 story home. He is extremely knowledgeable, and through in his assessment and reporting. Robert takes all the time needed to explain the mold testing process, results and walk you through the home explaining everything. And, he is punctual for all appointments; and very easy to schedule. If I could give them 10 stars I certainly would. For quality, expertise and service you can't beat RC Air & Mold solutions. Simply the best!!

I used Robert and his company as an unbiased mold inspector while I was in the inspection period of a home. With that comes strict and short timelines and Robert met me all the way to accommodate all of my needs, in a timely, professional, and patient manner. On top of that, his reports were written exceptionally well - clear, concise, with photos that can be understood everyone. His understanding of how mold works helps you figure out any next steps if need be. I would work with Robert ANY day of the week again!
