The carriers that work here really need to learn how to read addresses. Our packages are always delivered to the wrong houses. We get our neighbors and they get ours. We also get mail from somewhere way down the road all the time. Plus when you submit a form for an issue they never contact you back. There is one great carrier that we have pretty usual but you can definitely tell when he wasn't there and there was a sub.

Not sure it gets worse. No mail for 3 weeks. Converted to cluster box after a ONE day notice. Stopped in and was told there was no key or mail- made an online complaint about the post office to have them call me 2 days later that they all of a sudden have a key and my mail.

6-11-2024, we had a subitute female that has a total disregard how she drive on Road. The posted speed 15 m.p.h. due to it be a gravel and it also has a large hill to climb when you first enter the road. It's a cloud of dust when she delivers because she doesn't care. Supervisors need to inform her that multiple house have video cameras pointed directly at the road. Can't wait to see how she will explain this to regional Supervisors. There is no excuse for driving like this. The regular postman doesn't do this so don't feed me any crybaby stories. She's going to kill someone before it's over with.

Impossible to get anyone on the actal phone number listed and their reciepts showing Hedgesville number is a national nunber not the PO there. IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a human being. Called the actual location number, put on automatic hold for 5 min then just disconnected. Counter people inside are nice, but contacting the PO there on a question is IMPOSSIBLE. Very frustrated.

Today we had difficulty with locating where our package was delivered so we went to the postal office to try to track it down. They were very helpful in working out a solution to the problem, and the supervisor went out of his way to make sure that our expectations were met and exceeded. Thank you for taking the time to make this happen.

I don’t know of a less competent post office! Never have I lived somewhere or heard from other areas with more problems than this post office makes.It seems like me and everyone in my neighborhood have issues with:1. getting others’ mail in our boxes or others’ packages delivered to our doors when the address clearly doesn’t match.2. our packages being marked as delivered, but nowhere to be found. They MIGHT show up in the next few days. Many go missing or were delivered to another neighborhood, lost forever.3. being given parcel box keys for packages that don’t belong to us. Several times I checked my tracking to see that my package was delivered, only to have to wait and hope for the right key.4. parcel box keys that don’t match any of the boxes in our cluster.5. parcel box keys that snap when inserted.

They can’t handle technical questions!I ask the girl with dyed hair a technical question about my package and she went nuts and walked away waving her hands like crazy. Her manager had to step in, the manager was much more helpful. But this is one of the worst USPS offices in the US!

I just left the office to try and send off a package. That didn’t work out how I expected, I’ll have to send thru UPS or FedEx .. I’ll just say 3 things about the lady I spoke with;1.Rude2.Lazy3.UninformativeWon’t ever go back if I don’t have to.

2nd day in a row I haven't received my packages. I was home both times and no one ever showed up but mailman said he attempted delivery and that was a lie. I instead received my neighbors mail. With all the technology and gps apps they should be able to deliver mail to correct address.

Why did I pay almost $30 on Friday for a overnight delivery to Ga and it’s still stuck in Pa since Friday night??
I should get a refund of my money!! And this probably just cost my best friend her job!! ??
