“Got off to a rocky start. But it was made right and I'm not disappointed. Electrical issue in my 2002 tundra. IMO excellent service at an excellent price. And some grace given.”
“My family owns a cabin in Green Bank, and this was my first trip by myself. When I heard a terrible grinding noise from my brakes about an hour and a half away from my destination, I panicked. I made it to my destination, but had no clue what I was going to do. I found this dealership, and carefully took the half hour drive here. I talked to a really helpful receptionist who immediately helped with my concerns. Unfortunately they couldn't get me in just then, they were slammed with cars. They told me a few other places to try and take it too, when most dealerships would just send me away. The other repair shops couldn't take me either, so I decided to go back and see if they could fit me in the next day. They were packed with repair orders, but a kind repair tech took the time to try and find the source of my noise. Within 5 minutes, he found the issue, showed me the problem, and had called NAPA just down the road to see if they had the part I needed. I made it to NAPA safely, did the repair, and the brakes work just fine now. Absolutely amazing customer service for someone who wasn't even a real customer.”
“These people are great. They are really good mechanics, will go the extra mile for you. They have lots of experience with trucks, tractors, and even lawnmowers. If they can't fix it, I think nobody can. Plus they're fun.”
