Items don't ring up as advertised on their shelves. When I asked for a price override two separate associates didn't know how to do so. Yet were able to run the self checkout area.

This is a teeny-tiny little Kroger, but despite the size, it has a great selection of items. It's about 20 minutes from Pipestem resort, so if you're staying there and needing to restock, this is the place to go.

Only game in town but still decent quality. Not a large store but good produce and deli departments. Meats have always been good that I have purchased here.

Phone number is invalid. Also other phone number can take you to the store but ya still dont get an answer... This place is going down hill bad....

This is definitely one of the nicest Krogers you’ll find anywhere. The store is always clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The prices are always reasonable, and they have great deals on a wide selection of items. Shopping here is always a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

I would use caution when ordering online. Twice I have been charged double for deli meat. I have also received rotten asparagus and other produce. The online customer service takes time and is lengthy. I find it rather interesting that they can charge my card for items, but it takes 7-10 days to get a refund over someone else's error. They also charged me twice for my groceries and placed a hold on both charges for 4 days before lifting the hold. I thought it was awesome when online ordering became available, but the system needs work and training needs to be provided.

We need more keto bread please! But the workers there work very hard and are friendly. I just wish there was more keto bread sold there I'm lucky if I see two loaves at a time if not at all , n please get some fresh fish please. Ty before we go to food Lion at least they sell fresh fish at lower prices than you do , n you need to lower your prices seriously, food Lion is pricing better. You all are taking advantage on your prices , well that's ok I don't mind taking us and our friends to food Lion or Walmart to get better prices.thats why so many ppl shop on Amazon here in Hinton because you all are so high on your prices.next month we're going to food Lion.really you are taking advantage of the poor ppl who live around here.they are mostly old and disabled ppl who live in Hinton wva n you are taking advantage of the poor, hope you sleep good at night , oh well I guess you do in a mansion.i only gave you a five star because of the workers,not ur prices.the old ppl around here with small checks only get 20 a month for food stamps, they've asked me what am I going to do for food, I said well I guess you can eat off of bologna sandwiches all month.and I know that Kroger strike was just a scam to raise prices.nobody knows if anything is on sale or not there will be no signs at all or old sale signs.ty for putting more keto bread out.

Definitely needs more people who know what they're doing. Employees didn't know what one of the fruits that I had picked out and had to ask the manager. About 5 teenagers working and one adult who could scan any alcohol.

Really bad management, most times management try to throw you out early and tend to do nothing but sit on their phones or talk to their employees, employees are fine compared to them but do nothing aside from them being alot nicer in comparison. Food products are lacking but overall not bad for a middle of no where Kroger. Overall my experience with it was bad and the only saving grace was the cashier's who weren't management

Hinton WV’s Kroger Establishment has been the worst one I have been in. The people there did not help me and then upon applying they throw me to an online application source. Which, by experience, is much worse and shows how little they care about you from the get go. My friend had gotten fired for no reason at all. The management is awful and barely cared about the employees. Don’t go here, the products are also always low stock and they barely care to bring in the carts. The deli meat is usually pink as well, the store is in horrendous condition and should be in better hands than those currently working for management.
