Id give it no Stars if I could, they are rude, unprofessional, and try to intimidate their customers. They have this big fat guy that comes to try and scare people when they are late on paying. Watching him try to be scary was probably the best part about them. They will also make everyone pay 10$ extra on anything without you knowing and won't give a refund. Worst place. Save your money and go to rent to own

Expensive to lease to own as expected. They will order things not available in store if you are interested. Be sure to purchase insurance, unless you have social security as I was told for someone else before they cover loss of job but not loss or lowered social security and won't tell you when purchasing insurance for that just in case, even if you mention that's why you buy it and they see you income statements to approve your lease. Interest is insane.

Ordered a Bedroom SUIT off the web site. Got a bed frame, dresser and mirror. Was advertised as a 5 piece. When I called the store I deal with (who just delivered it), the sales guy said "Yeah, that's how those Internet sites (their site) get you. Show you a whole suit, and don't include the mattress and box springs.....". I've ordered new furniture before, and up until now, always got what the ad said. Then for the set, they wanted what the lease was plus another $84 a month!!

Have had an awful experience I ordered an expensive office chair on March 16th and was told by a salesman in store and when I placed the order online it would be delivered in 14 to 21 days. This was because it was being ordered and had to come from the factory. That was fine, it has now been 28 days and I have called the store and went online and all I get is we don't know where it is or what is taking so long. It was delayed on March 20th. Ok it is now April 12th and Noone in store or online will help they don't care just told me they couldn't tell me anything else and I would have to wait. Then online chat told me once it ships from the factory it will be up to 21 days for delivery. So could be up to 2 months to get a chair I ordered and needed and was told 3 weeks at the most. Has been an awful experience with Aaron's and will be my 1st and last order with them. I have went through Rent 2 Own for years and ordered specialty items from them and never had this problem and at least they are friendly and helpful there.

Awful lot of bad reviews for years gone by, it seems, but I thought I'd let everyone know things are great at the 5th Avenue location now! I have been a customer for a year and a half now and have never had any issues. These people are very nice, helpful and professional! Yes, you will probably pay more for items thru leasing rather than outright retail purchases. But that is how it works, and everyone knows that! As with ANY business, you will get calls and emails if your payments aren't made on time. You have possession of merchandise you don't technically own yet because your lease is still being paid! Why get offended by that? But if you reach out to them and let them know the situation and that you are going to pay and when, they will work with you without complaint or incident. Be an adult about your responsibilities, and you will have pleasant experience here! This is a wonderful company to work with.

got a sectional couch that they call the “jamal”was delivered on the day it was supposed to be, obviously it had been used before. i expected it to at LEAST be cleaned before delivery, and it was not but that was okay until,i realized it brought fleas. FLEAS. into our brand new home of which we have NO animals. i’m now ate up by bugs..i would save your money and look else where.

Monday 8/28/23 my wife and myself went to Aaron's to get new furniture, we were approved, made our payment, got scheduled for the 31st for delivery, by 5 pm the day of we hadn't heard from them or seen our new furniture, we called them and found out we were denied after we were approved, nobody called us either, we threw out old stuff out waiting on our new stuff, now they only have excuses, not a good idea to deal with Aaron's

This store is terrible. My mother in law ordered lawnmowers and they delivered her broken lawnmowers. We call and they say they don't know when they will be fixed. They still want her to make payments even though she doesn't have lawnmowers and they don't when they will be fixed! Do not rent to own anything from this place!

Ítem ordered on line took forever for them to recieve it. Now still refusing to set up dillevery even though it has arrived at there store. I'm now browsing online at different stores. Can't deal with lazy. How hard is it to schedule dillevery!!
