ok always good customer care.with the expectation of around noon 4/19/23 lots of people working but I received no help I found this agervating since I have always counted on service.ihave always counted on the help I get not this day I spend quite a bit of money at Lavaliere locatiom ????

Great people, soon as you walk in the door. Someone is asking if they can help you. Guy in the plumbing department. Let me borrow a faucet puller. So I wouldn't have to buy one, just said bring it back when your done. Who does this now days?? Guaranteed Lowes wouldn't do that for you!!

I use the kenova store some. Good selections nice store to look around and shop in. I’ve had some excellent help finding what I need. The truck loader in the warehouse seemed to have an attitude and the music is a little too loud in the rear of the store. I recommend the store.

A sweet girl who watches my dad broke her key off in her car door when she was leaving my home . I rushed her to the Lavalette store at 550pm , 10min before they closed to see if they could make her a new key . They were the BEST ..so helpful and nice . Made her a new key and saved the day ...thank you so much ?...
