They had 1 employee at the counter so 2 hour wait to get a prepaid rental. They didnt clean the rental vehicle i had prebooked so it was unavailable despite the fact that i paid extra for a full size truck i was given a mid suv. I will not be getting any money back despite this. There were dog toenails in the back seat, and there are mystery charges in the agreement that I was given to sign without being able to review. I deeply wish i had gone with enterprise. Save yourself the hassle and money.

Extremely limited selection, everything on the lot seemed to "need maintenance" and therefore couldn't be rented out. If there had been another location within the hour from our travel start location we would go to it in the future.
