Truist has always has friendly and helpful staff. I have banked with them for 25 years, and see no reason at all to switch.

Tried to open an account so that I would be able to access my money to on a check from another local bank account that was closed and was told I would not be able to access my funds the same day!

Actually, pretty good customer service and if you ever have a problem, I would ask to speak to Chris. He was very helpful.
