“Arnold! took great care of me upon returning a car originally rented at another location. During my use of the car, I discovered several problems. Broken compartments, inability to charge my phone and air gap in sunroof. Plus, the previous renter had smoked in the car. Unfortunately, I was on a time crunch and didn’t notice these issues until I was too far away to drive back to original location. Arnold was very professional and his actions restored my trust in Enterprise!”

“Huntington wv works with you on your rentals if you have a problem. Do not rent from Myrtle beach hertz . They are rude and try to charge you $299 a day! I had check engine light come on my rental , Myrtle beach didn’t want to fix problem had to get hertz of Huntington wv involved , which they did help to resolve and make mrytle beach switch vehicle but I was given a small suv
Than I originally had and not as comfortable . I would Expect more from hertz overall ! All hertz should work together and have same policies .”

“Picked up in CA, dropped of on WV. After a few hiccups, everything was smoothed out. Thorn at the WV location was amazing. He helped me and adjusted the miscommunication. Definitely would use again.
The only thing I would suggest is maybe accept Venmo as a form of payment.”
