“I had wonderful experiences at this airport! Thorne is the manager and he knows how to give great service and appears to lead his team well. From my POV from the times I’ve been there, his employees are very responsive to him and their customers. It takes a special leader to keep the morale of their team up! Special shot out to Keith and Billy, who were very helpful to me when I’ve picked up cars. Wish I lived there so I could give them all of my rental business.My only negative are the hours, which I’m sure is out of their control.”

“Arnold! took great care of me upon returning a car originally rented at another location. During my use of the car, I discovered several problems. Broken compartments, inability to charge my phone and air gap in sunroof. Plus, the previous renter had smoked in the car. Unfortunately, I was on a time crunch and didn’t notice these issues until I was too far away to drive back to original location. Arnold was very professional and his actions restored my trust in Enterprise!”

“My car was in the shop for almost a month. They gave me a 2024 Toyota Corolla, I obviously missed my car very much, but they were very accommodating. They even picked me up/dropped me off at the shop where my car was being worked on. Super friendly staff! They laughed at my dad jokes, so that’s a green flag in my book.”
