“Professional and courteous staff. Guidelines are presented clearly and expectations are realistically relayed. Definitely the best agency I’ve rented through!”
“Excellent experience with Avis! The service was fast and efficient, and Mandy was amazing. She was friendly, professional, and always greeted customers with a big smile. Thank you, Mandy, for making the process so easy and enjoyable!”

“We were so happy with our rental car and fully expect to always rent with Alamo. Car so clean and reliable. We drove with the confidence of a well performing car. All we were very happy with the rental personnel at Huntington West Virgina Airport”
“We had a great experience with this Budget/Avis location! We originally rented a car in Indiana for a road trip to NJ. Somewhere near Huntington, WV we ended up with a screw in the tire. We were in an area we didn’t know and we were super stressed about what this would mean for our trip. Gratefully, the budget/avis team at HTS airport on 6/27 were so kind and helpful! They processed a vehicle exchange and had us on our way quickly. Despite how stressed we were, the rep at the counter made us laugh and we bonded over a mothman tshirt. Just a really excellent experience.”
“Good service and readily available every day of the week. Have worked with this location a number of times over the last few years. Generally does not have the ability to pick someone up in town if requiring a rental; other locations with Enterprise can provide ride services.”

“Huntington wv works with you on your rentals if you have a problem. Do not rent from Myrtle beach hertz . They are rude and try to charge you $299 a day! I had check engine light come on my rental , Myrtle beach didn’t want to fix problem had to get hertz of Huntington wv involved , which they did help to resolve and make mrytle beach switch vehicle but I was given a small suv
Than I originally had and not as comfortable . I would Expect more from hertz overall ! All hertz should work together and have same policies .”

“Great experience in an all around stressful situation. This location needs to be used across enterprise, I have never had as good of an experience at a rental lot, everyone I interacted with was kind and professional, the vehicle was new, clean and the process was easy.”
