If you’re looking for a personable experience, this is the bank for you.I don’t hold an account here but my fiancé does and all of the tellers in drive thru know me by name simply by making his deposits and doing his banking stuff for him.Not to mention they love their doggo customers and offer a complimentary biscuit when they make their appearance known in your vehicle or you can simply ask for a biscuit if your dog is napping in the back seat.I absolutely adore this bank, the friendliness and helpfulness is on point and satisfactory.

I have never had a bad experience at City National until I came to this location. Staff was incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. Paul, specifically, was rude and not willing to help at all. I am very disappointed with this experience.

Google says your drive thru is closed when it’s open. Why doesn’t it clarify that?

We are new business owners this month and we had the absolute best experience ever at City National! I went to another bank earlier in the week, actually the bank I have my personal account at, and the man I spoke to was not helpful or friendly I left feeling super discouraged and stressed out with no business account. Our phone call to city national, with Diane, was less stressful then dealing with him. We went in on Friday and sat down with Mikal Ely and I instantly felt so much better about everything! She was super helpful and sweet and really friendly!! She even offered to give me a piece of her spider plant! (Which we forgot about by the time we left 😔 lol) I highly recommend going to them if you want to bank with people who actually care!!! Also I will be switching my personal account to city national as well!! Thank you guys so much!!!

To everyone out there just wanna say don't ever bank with city national I've been trying to get a account closed for weeks now and they keep pushing off telling me “oh it has to be escalated†or “sorry there's pending transactions†i don't know if it's there way of trying to retain customers but def makes for not having to worry about losing them plus I don't have over draft protection which means it should NOT allow things to go threw if they money isn't there and they still let it and get charged a over draft on top of it just my experience never bank with them once I get done hopefully at some point getting the accounts closed now. as I wanted just one originally now I'm closing them all I'll never go back
