Staff completely unprofessional. Went to physical location to avoid long wait times on phone. Staff continue to say “you know what I’m sayin” without any explanation. I voiced my confusion and asked if someone could further explain, they stated just to “call someone” at the 1800 number. If you’re in the Huntington area and considering xfinity avoid. Go with any other service. I’ve had xfinity for 5 yrs and they were great, however I just moved to wv and it is horrible here. I will be canceling my service.

Awful customer service. The agents lie to you. I called to get the affordable connection program since I am unemployed at the moment. Never could get them to take my approval info. They just wanted to push all the gadgets they could on me. I had their service for less than a month and it kept getting shut off. 3 times in less than a month. Finally they said I owed a past due bill from years ago. Don't think it was even mine. I was working on the road traveling and never home for years. Why would I want Cabell tv when I was never there. They are such a headache to deal with I finally said to just cancel the service. It was down more than running anyway.Contacted the link below. Complete waste of time. Couldn't even verify old account as mine so they wouldn't even discuss with me. They did try to charge my card for that money again though. Wow;!!!!!! Unbelievable. Sure enough to try to take my money for it but won't even discuss it with me because they can't verify it as my account. Had to type that again it's so unbelievable. Another 2+ hours of my life taken by Xfinity.

I’ve been calling for weeks because I canceled my service and they have still taken over $200 out of my account. I’ve spent hours of my time listening to a robot talk about unhelpful things, then when an actual human answer the phone call gets disconnected.

Xfinity/Comcast has given us nothing but headaches with their internet and mobile service.Speaking of mobile service; good luck getting any help for that at this location as they don’t even bother with it. You’ll have to instead devote hours of your life to near-unintelligible customer service over the phone.Our internet up by Norway Ave would go out sporadically multiple times a day and each time we were told it was a faulty modem. Well after three modems and two failed service calls we decided to cancel. We now use Frontier’s fiber for internet now and haven’t had a single problem with our service from them.Meanwhile, two months after cancelling all service with Xfinity we are still receiving bills. Which this particular store couldn’t do squat about. So I guess I will spend all day on the phone instead.

my Wi-Fi went out yesterday and when I called to fix it, the person talking just kept repeating herself, bad service, The thing that's the problem isn't the router, it's the fact the wind was so strong yesterday that it literally broke the Wi-Fi box system off the power lines outside, so now I'm wondering if anyone else in my neighborhood was dealing with that same Wi-Fi problem cause that's probably for all the neighborhood Wi-Fi connections, now I'm dealing with going online for a minute and then disconnecting cause of this d*** issue, and then they say I got to pay for some Wi-Fi subscription or something to get one simple thing fixed. I'm getting impatient, but at least cable tv works.

Definitely one Of the better Internet places around the Huntington area, but they are a little bit. Pricey, they do give discounts and deals every once in a while. If you are a new customer, they will definitely give you a really good deal or a contract for a year or two, but for sure, one of the better Internet places around.

I came in to exchange all my equipment because of several problems, including flashing TV screen and badly intermittent internet. I was helped by Derek Hardin. I could not have had better service and support from anyone. Thank you Derek.

This place is in a terrible location; and I just read where they cheated someone about a bill that was supposed to be paid really, I forgot to mention they are talking about taking away wowk Channel 13 fromthe surrounding area which the majority of the residents use antennas to watch the news,sports and regular TV shows Basically there talking about going digital so if you're on antenna you're going to lose all your shows you're sports, this is not a good place to do business with.

My man Andy had me hooked up quick, professionally and gave me the confidence I needed to perform my duties of turning on my own internet. This man is a saint sent from god and if you don’t treat him right big daddy (me) will be sad. Internet is fast too. Thanks
