Wonderful staff who care about their customers. Quick service. They go above and beyond to ensure that the client has the resources to stay on track or improve their recovery. They get to know you on a 1st name basis. It's like a small-town vibe atmosphere with 5 star quality service 👌

I am really struggling. Pursue Care informed me in December that they would no longer be filling my medication without a note from my physician explaining my life threatening allergy. My physician sent the note over and in January they filled my prescription. I'm February I received a call asking "did no one inform you that we are no longer filling g this medication?" I explained what I was told about the doctor confirming my severe allergy and they told me "no we aren't filling it anymore at all. This will be your last month. " I can not find a pharmacy in my area accepting new patients and now I am extremely sick with no medication. I feel as though this could have been avoided had Pursue Care stuck by what they said instead of leaving patients in the wind.
Prior to this issue they were wonderful. They were very helpful and kind, staff was always pleasant to deal with.

So I was just with pursue care for over 3 years now and I have had numerous counselors and care coordinators So I had a doctor named Courtney and then all the sudden she got changed out and I was switched to Jessica cook worst mistake ever so I was her first hepatitis c patient that she ever treated and to me that was the only thing she cared about which I do understand. It's a big deal but when you have a patient trying to tell you stuff that's going wrong with them mentally physically everything and you don't listen and you say you got to go cuz you got other patience and then when this person has a mental breakdown at 11:30 at night And is on the phone with the late night people. They send the police to do a welfare check. And what do you do? You kick me out of the Suboxone program you don't even know if the hepatitis c that I had is completely gone. So therefore you just gave me medicine that my body got immune to to fight off a disease and you just kicked me out of a program to cure it. Not even Knowing if I got rid of the hepatitis or not who does that without even recommending or sending somebody someplace beforehand he just cut them off. That is so unprofessional with pursuit care with Jessica cook with the whole place that's messing with somebody's life you should have waited until next month and kicked me out when we got the final lab results to see if I was cured. Don't make sense. Jessica cook is the worst doctor ever

I have used this pharmacy for over a year as a part of Pursue Care App for addiction and mental health treatment. The pharmacy has always been on time and the staff are always polite. My meds are filled and sent out and I always receive them the next day without delay. I highly recommend this pharmacy. A+ service and they care about their "customers"

I would give it 0 stars,they are all "ZOOM DOCTORS" this place was TERRIBLE! the doctor wanted me to beg her for anxiety medication, I'm 40 years old. If you get the nurse/zoom doctor Angela is her name, just go anywhere else,worst ever.
