I love some of the people here. They are all very nice. Also. you do not have to walk through a grocery store to get your medicine. I do not like that you can not talk to a pharmacist. At some point I may have to change pharmacy

The pharmacy tech and the cashier were friendly and helpful. However, the pharmacist at the Rt. 60 location in Huntington, WV was very rude and made an assumption as to why I was there and it was very bad and very wrong. He assumed I wanted Sudafed for making meth, and all I was looking for was Mag/Ox 400 for my wife who has heart problem.

I had been a CVS customer for many years across multiple states. I have many prescriptions for thousands of dollars per month. When CVS Corporate changed their policy for stores to no longer answer the phone and you had to leave a message and rely on them to call you back, I was done. That is insane. I switched all my prescriptions to Walgreens and will get my annual vaccinations there along with over the counter medications, etc. I will never set foot in another CVS for the rest of my life. I encourage every customer to switch to Walgreens and drive CVS out of business for their insane policy of not answering their phone.

Came in at 12:20 to pick up meds. Told I had to come back after their one hour lunch which they could rotate lunches. Now I have to drive back here and have no insulin and Son is in ER. Poor service! I will have prescriptions transferred elsewhere.

Love the people that work here first off.
That being said you can no longer call and speak with a pharmacist but have to jump through hoops and leave a voicemail in hopes they will call you back.
I think that should be illegal you sell and dispense medications and should have to be available for questions and concerns.

Why can't they hire a real person to answer the phone? There is no hope to getting through to them to refill a prescription. It's always this recording. It's such a hassle. The only way to do business is in person. That's not very convenient for busy people. Been using CVS as my pharmacy my whole life. I think it's time for a change.

I’m filing a complaint with wvbop this is the third time that you guys have closed down randomly without being able to transfer my prescription to another cvs because it’s a controlled substance and you guys already refilled it and it’s just setting at your location. When I went to another cvs they were not even notified that you guys decided to not show up for work. Between this as an ongoing issue and the male pharmacist who lied to me last month I have no choice but to report this to the Board. Maybe they can get some reliable pharmacist from the other cvs nearby to actually do your job. The fact that other locations nearby were unaware of this location being closed randomly today is uncalled. Not being able to pick up my prescriptions when the pharmacy is supposed to be opened is awful for so many customers in the area.

The store was very clean. Sale items were clearly displayed and stocked. Customer service was 5 stars! Will definitely be returning to this store in the future.

I was not able to pick up my prescription because a member of the pharmacy said it wasn't ready and they were going to lunch. But, she never checked the packages to see and I received a message that it was ready by the time I got to the door. Unfortunately, the window was closed when I walked back.

The store was extremely clean and organized. There was no clutter and everything was easily accessible. I was greeted by an employee and asked if she could assist. It was by far the best CVS I’ve been in.
