FedEx Ground is trash. The cross communication between them and FedEx Express is virtually nill.
FedEx thus doesn't deliver properly and makes lots of empty promisses.
Never ship FedEx. Ever.

The workers were really nice and professional. I came to pick up my package as I wasn't home for it, sadly. They did need my ID to give me my package, which made me feel secure that only I could pick it up.

Idiotic stupid people.. literally say they can’t keep my package at one of their shipping centers where I need to pick it up because it’s “too far” from the address that I never even asked it to be sent to. They won’t provide the number to the ship center. Nobody wants to do their job.

My package was left on a neighbor's porch. I have visited all of the people that live close to me. They haven't seen it.
I called the number provided on the tracking page, and even talked to a supervisor. They can't tell me where it was delivered. They said that the only ones that could make an inquiry are the people that shipped it! That's just wrong! I bought and paid for it. It's mine. I should be allowed to inquire and receive an answer.
How do I know it was delivered at all? It's a really good way for the driver to get some free stuff.
Or maybe the driver threw it over the hill so he could hurry home.
The company has no reliability and neither do, evidently, some of their drivers.

Get there before 8:00 p.m. . $40 to send off an envelope. Prices are high on a lot of things. If you can wait use the US mail.

Shipments are never delivered to my home. My neighbors and random folks down the street are always gifted with free packages thanks to my fedex delivery driver. Fedex never takes responsibility for screwing up deliveries and I am always screwed. Fix yourselves and deliver things to where they go!

The calls system is annoying, inefficient, and frustrating. Just gave me a number menu from the start. I doubt the voice recognition software that's probably developed by some second rate company that outsourced to India is really better than just giving me a number menu. I hate voice menus because they just don't work well 90% of the time.

Everytime I have a package coming from this facility the driver lies and says he makes attempts and doesn't. Costs me days off of work because I have to be here to sign and then they have the gull to tell me that I can drive 2 hours away to pick up the packages I PAID them to deliver. This is the 5th time I have had to deal with this type of situation. I wouldn't willingly use them to send sand to a beach but some places do not give you an option of who to use. I am beyond sick of this and if my package doesn't show up today I will be filing charges in court for my loss of wages and the cost of deliveries that they didn't deliver. It's is called theft!
