Everytime I have a package coming from this facility the driver lies and says he makes attempts and doesn't. Costs me days off of work because I have to be here to sign and then they have the gull to tell me that I can drive 2 hours away to pick up the packages I PAID them to deliver. This is the 5th time I have had to deal with this type of situation. I wouldn't willingly use them to send sand to a beach but some places do not give you an option of who to use. I am beyond sick of this and if my package doesn't show up today I will be filing charges in court for my loss of wages and the cost of deliveries that they didn't deliver. It's is called theft!

This place is a bit out of the way, but the staff is friendly, and they know how to ship ANYTHING! Never had a problem with FedEx shipping, great tracking, and they deliver to the door on time.

waited a few min before someone came to the front to assist me also staff seemed in a rush like i shouldnt b there even tho my bussiness has us drop stuff off for the pilots i hope they can show ppl more hospitality coming so close to the airport

Had a package that tracking said it would be delivered on the 1st. Everyday it says it's been out for delivery but goes back to the facility every day. Tried to call to see what the deal is with this package and you can only speak to a robot that hangs up on you that gives you the same exact information I have. Terrible customer service. I will never order anything that they use FedEx with again. This is absolutely ridiculous

Was out there twice in one day, and the front counter associate offered me no helpful assistance, and wasn't very friendly about it. The first visit I was made to repackage my shipment because it was wrapped in black plastic. She told me to shrink wrap it. I said isn't that the same thing except a different color? She replied yes, but this is unacceptable and I will not take it. So, I go home and use clear shrink wrap over the already black wrapped package and return hoping to ship my package. Now I'm informed that she can't print my shipping label. I ask why not, and showed her it clearly stated on my FedEx email to take it to the nearest shipping facility to have my package label printed and ready for shipment. She replied I don't know, but we don't do that here. So I left and thanked her for no help twice today, and went to another FedEx location and had no problem getting taken care of.

I paid for over night delivery, the package was shipped on time from the company I purchased from, but however when I track my package it says it’s still in Memphis TN warehouse, I call customer service several times because I need to leave to go out of town, but I need my package also I’m already a day late. Everyone of the customer service reps gave me a different reason for why my package is late. Ask about a refund for the over night delivery I was told to contact the company I purchased from but why should they be responsible for the refund when it’s indeed late on fedex end.NEVER USING FEDEX AGAIN!!!!!

For 2 days in a row your delivery driver has refused to deliver my package saying it is undeliverable due to road conditions BUT THEY ARE LITERALLY USING MY DRIVEWAY TO TURN AROUND!!!! If they can get to my driveway they can get to my house!!! I will NEVER use FedEx again!! Get your act together and deliver my package or give it to UPS... at least I know THEY will deliver it!!

I love FedEx ship center. I don't have any problems with them. My FedEx Express driver gets my packages to me on the delivery date if I'm not home she leaves them on the porch that way I can still get them on my delivery date.

Packages are left at building porch and not to apartment where they where addressed to, packages stolen, 2days they tell you they where left at front door of 20 apartment bldg.Never got my packages, over 235.00 gone because fedex does not do there job right. I will never use them to ship or carry anything over 5 cents.....

If I could give zero stars I would happily do so. Can never speak with an actual person and my packages keep getting left at other people's addresses. Its like who ever drives for them is too lazy to use GPS. None of my persistent complaints have ever been followed up on. I will not order anything if I believe Fedex is the deliverer. Its sad that this has happened on at least three occasions even once I requested to pick up and made an appointment to do so and they still went out and delivered my things to wrong address and only for good neighbors I would have never received my things at least 1700 dollars could have costed me and my spouse. Do better.

Cannot contact an in-facility person, and the only local carrier that always has "problems" with my packages. Once, the issue was that a mm of the letter "R" was missing and they claimed they couldn't read it. Now I'm having an issue of being told my address isn't correct, when, in fact, it is correct. HATE getting packages through them. Pay for priority shipping through vendors just to be inconvenienced repeatedly by the delivery service.
