Robert fit me in at the last minute, it was the last day of my Carvana 7 day trial, and my brakes were bad. He knew exactly how to contact Carvana's warranty/insurance company, took care of the whole process, got my brakes fixed and I was back on the road the same day. Great job!! Very happy customer. :-) Highly recommend.

The manager was very helpful..I had a problem from a couple years ago and he was more than willing to fix it and help me put...I didn't have an appt with the Firestone in Athens but I canceled it and scheduled and appt with the huntington Firestone

Had a recurring LR leak, allegedly looked at by N-T-B, the techs found a nail. It was repaired for under $20 as per my military discount. Cost was then covered by the free flat repair when opening a Firestone card, which I did (even getting an amount to replace all four tires at once if necessary. All told, a most rewarding experience!

Service was very slow here.
They took my car in without delay for my 1pm appointment for a puncture repair.
Then, after over 35 minutes I walked outside and looked into the bays to see why it taking so long.
The car was jacked up. Wheel off but Noone could be seen doing anything to it.
3 staff were sat around talking.
I went back in the office and asked about progress.
The manager said had I seen the tire?
I replied I had not.
He got them to show me. It had a nail in the tire about 1.5 - 2 inches in from the edge.
They said it was not repairable.
I asked them to plug it anyway.
They eventually plugged it and it is doing fine.
I can't believe this took so long and cost $33 for a plug in a tire.
