I really like Wesbanco, I have been with them for 8 year, they have really been good to me.

Horrible customer service. There may be about 2 or 3 decent people working at this particular location. That's it. The rest are very rude, sarcastic, and extremely unprofessional.

Ever since the buying of First Sentry Bank I have noticed a difference in the two banks.
However the service is a little lax on Wesbanco’s side.Other than that it is the same.
