Calm environment.Hard to know who does what at this location. All staff are very friendly, though.Don't expect your therapist to say hi to you at the bar on the weekends. Or the hospital or other medical facility.Easy parking. I didn't feel like everyone was watching me enter.

I love going to GW's as we lovingly call it, but the prices on some items lately aren't really a bargain because they have used clothing with Walmart prices. The store needs a better way of displaying the merchandise & more employees working the floor to keep up with the mess that rude & disrespectful customers make. The clothes aren't in the right spot, such as looking for a sz small shirt only to find 20 of them in the X-L rack.I do understand what kind of business this is & it isn't a fancy retail store, but it IS good for ANY business to look neat, clean & have some organization so that people can find what they're looking for. If things are easy to find they will shop longer & buy more. These things are important for ANY business plus it's a good learning experience for the Differently Abled Employees that work there, who by the way are always kind & helpful to the customers which is one reason I keep visiting Goodwill on Virginia Ave. God bless you all ??
