Always friendly staff when I visited. They also have a great online deposit app so I never had to go to the bank.

Awful customer service from the branch and the customer service line. Was having an ACH direct deposit issue. Called the customer service line, was told I would be put on hold while they checked. Was left on hold for 30 minutes (calls are timed, not an exaggeration) and they never came back.Called the branch. Was told that depending when the deposit happened, it could be that day or next day, and to check back the next day if it isn't there. It wasn't there, Called the branch, associate said they would call the ACH department and call me back. Waited an hour, they never called back. Called the branch again, and they never called at all.Shouldn't have to wait and fight and struggle to find out why your money isn't getting sent to your account. Closing the account and opening somewhere else.

This is a great branch. The staff here are easy to deal with and always helpful. I have had my main checking account here for nearly 10 years. Many people only take time to make a review when they have had a negative experience so I thought good to let people know that this is a very friendly and professional place to do business.

What a pathetic excuse for a bank. Not only will they manipulate the charges like stated in numerous reviews below. But they will say the person who can help isn't available. That they will call you back. Guess what? No they won't.

The most poorly run bank in the area. The staff doesn't know what they're talking about and gives you false information. Which in turn causes you problems that they won't fix.

They will Manipulate the way the charges hit your account to create multiple overdraft fees. Google bank overdraft settlements and you will see tons of info. This branch specifically seems very passive about about being helpful - I would avoid them at all costs. If I could rate this 0 I would.
