“MODERN COMMUNICATION, HELPFUL, PATIENT- 5 STARS ALL DAY. A knowledgeable and genuinely helpful human being answers the phone. Text, email or call their office and always a quick response, and it sounds crazy…but that’s never changed over the years. Jeff and his wonderful team have had our everything (home, auto, boat, etc) business for several years. My adult kids now have them for theirs! Nina, Debbie and Rosetta helped them get the coverage they need for their different budgets, it was well balanced! Love talking with these ladies and I VALUE that small town feel at this company.
