The staff is friendly enough however they recently lost my results didn’t even show up in the system? It was a preemployment screen so I lost the job because where they couldn’t find my results or see me in the system which I used the same location always and when I called to check if the results were sent in to the company they originally told me they were sent in the following business day since I went in so close to closing? When I called back approximately 4 days later because I had not heard anything from the employer the location then said they couldn’t find my visit in the system and that’s why I couldn’t find my results or any records of my visit? And I received absolutely no assistance when I inquired about what to do or who to talk to about what happened because I really did go to my appointment and there had to be some way of finding out if I entered the building or turned in my paperwork required to take a screen ????? I got no help or anything from them. If I could choose a different location I would.

The lady working today was very frazzled. There was no one in the waiting room but she made a remark about it being so busy because everyone was waiting until the last minute to get their drug testing done. Not sure if she needs help in there or not but didnt think she should be expressing those thoughts to me.

This place is amazing!! It's always very clean. All the employees have always been so very nice & courteous to me. The receptionist, Carrie, is such a wonderful & will definitely keep you laughing kind of woman. One day she had no other customers & we just talked & laughed together. She is no longer there because of health issues but the other woman is just as great. I hope you see this Carrie & know what a great person & employee you was for LabCorp. I'll miss seeing you there.

I almost passed out but they were really good and gave me a towel and talked to me so I could get my blood drawn. They also gave me a brownie and the people are really nice.

The front desk receptionist is very rude and acted inconvenienced when I asked questions.

Came in and checked in with no one else waiting in waiting room. The employees then went on a 30 minute gossip conversation among themselves. I went to go to the counter to ask for an approximation of how long it would be and no one was up there. I could hear them down the hall talking about non work related subjects though. I then walked out to my car to put my phone on charge and when i walked in it only took a couple minutes to get me back there and all of the non work relating gossiping stopped. The noise of the bell must of made them realize i was still there. They did not apologize at all for the long wait time, and there were no other patients in the back being seen the entire time i was waiting. Would not recommend and personally i will not be back.
