Had to have a key nade for my fob..when I called an asked the bank who answered he was very nice an seemed concerned about me y problem I drove straight there an my key was waiting on me the used my vin number from factory.good bunch of people I will go back thanks guys at moses

My husband and I bought a Cadillac XT4 in Ohio. We had looked at Moses but they didn't have one. This is our 3rd Cadillac and the other 2 were from Moses. We have also bought others cars there and it's always been a good experience. Thank you Katrina. We took our new car there in March to ask about some of the features. When my husband went inside the salesman AARON was sitting in his office with the light out. I guess that should have been an indication he didn't want to be bothered. When my husband told him why we were there the first words out of his mouth was "did you buy it here?" My husband told him it is a certified pre owned so we could take it to any Cadillac dealer. This man was rude and had a terrible attitude. All I needed was a little help but I certainly didn't get it. He was so rude to me and he seemed like he was mad about something. I told him he was being rude. His reply was that I was there asking for his help and I called him a jerk. It went from bad to worse. I told him I was going to call the manager and Cadillac, he said to call whoever I wanted. He also told us not to step in his door again and called my husband a nasty vulgar name as he walked away. I've never been treated like that before. AARON is a rude angry man. If he tries to help you I would suggest you walk away. I was excited to get help with a couple of thing on my new car but I left with no help and angry. I have complained to management and to my knowledge nothing was done about this. Beware of this salesman.
