I’ve been there a lot and only drive-through I never been inside until that day there where I saw the flying on top of the blueberry and the rest of the things are there I was going to throw upMy bad comment is not gonna close that business but is gonna bring attention to customers that’s how we get sick

I asked the cashier for coconut milk in my drink and they did regular milk instead nbd i just asked them to remake it and said I was sorry for any inconvenience. They gave me back the same exact cup. Not sure if they dumbed it out and put the new drink in the contaminated cup, or if they didnt even remake it but I have a severe milk intolerance. Severe. Stomach cramping, sick. I didnt notice it was the same cup until I drank half of it. Its an hour bus ride back to my school I'm here on a school trip and I'm so sick I couldnt even go to work. Please eduacte your staff on the importance of not cross contaminating drinks even if it seems like no big deal for some of us it truely is that big of a deal. Sorry for writing a bad review I never do this but allergies and substutions in food isn't something to mess with. Please just show them how to properly deal with these things I'm sure they just didn't know.

The girl who rung me up today 3/28/22 at 2:30 pm was super rude to me for absolutely no reason. She needs to learn better customer service. As I also work with customers however if I was rude like she was I would be out of a job. However the person who made my drink made it very good. And was kind.

This is an on campus Starbucks. I am not one who would normally go to Starbucks as I am more of a McDonald's girl myself plus I normally don't drink a lot of coffee in general. However, this is a good place I have found for me to use the Marshall Flex money I am forced to have which is nice, so I have been having Starbucks like 5 days a week as a result. Wait times are about average for Starbucks in my experience, which isn't exactly fast, but not horrible either. Orders seem to be generally right in my experience. Only knocked a star because of Starbucks' generally high kinda prices and bitter coffee. That is a Starbucks thing though, not an issue with this location. So if you like Starbucks, you will probably like it here. When I drink coffee, I usually have a preference for it iced, and I have found a few things I like here.

Exceptional location. Despite a line literally out the door, the staff were very friendly and efficient. Was very easy to get my order in. Pretty good time on the wait too. Highly recommend this Starbucks.

Closed an hour before their posted hours...and they do not accept gold card rewards. I'd suggest going to Pullman Square if possible.

This Starbuck's is wonderful. The employees are very friendly and it is student driven. They are quick even when they are crazy busy and the drinks are always right.

I don't usually like to rant about negative things. But I need to share my experience today from the Starbucks on campus at Marshall. I ordered an unsweet peach tea.
