I go through the drive thru to deposit my rent into my landlord's account. The staff have always been super nice, plus they gave me good advice on how to write my checks that I will carry with me into my next renting experience.

I bank with them and i don't experience any of the problems that the others are saying the customer service is great the app could use some updating but it works fine for me now im not saying what others on here are saying isn't true but me personally i haven't had a problem with them yet im happy i think why thier rank is so low is that the only people that posted a review are ones that had a negative experience with them

Terrible bank. My online banking never works always having to call and get it fixed. My pin on my card won’t work. Have to use credit. Worst bank I’ve P ever had to deal with. Closing out my account ASAP

This is a terrible bank with terrible customer service. I didn't want to bank with Summit or MVB, but I got stuck with them because of what happened to First State Bank. The app doesn't work. You can't get any help online or in person. Multiple attempts to get issues resolved just ended in more of my time wasted. Why? I can easily move my business to another bank, and will. Good riddance Summit Community Bank. Hopefully you last as long as MVB did.

This bank and its “customer” service is AWFUL!!!! There is no personal touch and god forbid someone answer the phone!!! Oh and try to get the same answer from the ones that do, you’ll find yourself lost! They have no clue on how to treat customers but how could they when they don’t even have the capability to answer a ringing phone! I will be closing all of my accounts held with this company, they do not deserve the clients that were inherited as a result of the first state bank keeping us happy for so many years and who accommodated us and treated us all like family. It is an absolute shame!! Too bad I have to give the place a star just to be able to inform the public of their inability to run a bank and keep their customers happy.

MVB bought out my bank last year and ever since then I've had nothing but trouble. All kinds of hidden fees that weren't in the literature I was sent, random holds on regular deposits and abysmal customer service. The rules get changed from month to month and I'm done.
