Can't ever get a hold of someone. The carrier never delivers packages to the right address

Dangerous location. I felt extremely unsafe exiting my vehicle to walk in. The building is small and outdated and no one watching the counter. I live in BARBOURSVILLE. Why is my mail coming from a USPS 20 minutes from my house. I would highly discourage any women alone from going to this location if it possible.

If I could rate this location a 0/5 I would. Trying to track down a package and they absolutely REFUSE to answer phone calls. Only open from 1-4pm and they just dont know how to answer a f'ing phone call? Just demolish the building if its going to stay empty 24/7
