  I went in for a wheel replacement for a walker so rudely talked to just to tell me that they didn’t sell replacement parts.

  Been calling for 3 months for them to come out and work on my electric wheelchair that is constantly messing up and no one will even return my calls. They sure were quick to bill my insurance to bring this thing out here, but now they won't even return a call.

  Had back surgery in 2019 at St. Marys and they ordered a back brace from active medical. My insurance wouldn’t pay for it. They charged $1395 for the back brace and the insurance sent it to a third-party to get the bill knocked down, but I ended up paying almost $1000 for the back brace.
