“On my way from Ohio to N. Carolina to visit my husband, the fuel tank straps on my truck broke and my fuel tank was dragging on the ground. 2 hours from Ohio and 4 1/2 from N. Carolina and nobidy to turn to. After calling around and being told by other companies they were too busy to even look at it, I called Teays Valley Imports and they said they would help! When I arrived they got me right in and within 3 hours I was back on the road. What a blessing it was for the guys to help in my time of need! They were super friendly and very informative. Context: our family (6 of us & 4 dogs) were traveling from KY to central PA when our dashboard began to light up with indicators and the vehicle started lunging. It was nearly 7pm and we called 2 garages, neither of which could help us, so we rang Mr. Tire in Hurricane.
Mindy answered the phone, listened to our struggle and kindly told us to get to the shop so they could help us out (despite the fact they’d be closing soon). Her calm, kindness was a huge relief to our growing stress. Upon arrival she took our information and introduced us to Dick who would be giving our van a look.
As expected, the fix wasn’t gonna be too extensive but acquiring the parts would have to wait for the next day. Dick was extremely patient with our questions and was very thorough in explaining and showing us the various problems at play, as well as, very detailed in our options to move forward. The staff then helped us find a hotel (pet-friendly) and transported us to the same.
Dick assured us that he’d get us on the road as soon as possible and was good to his word! More than the mechanical fix that was provided - the compassion and helpfulness that was demonstrated was the real fix that we needed.”

“I have purchased several vehicles from Midway Ford in the past 20 years. I use their service department whenever there is something wrong my car is currently 10 years old so I've had to take it there a couple of times. They're always very quick to fix whatever is wrong prices don't seem to be astronomical and they are very very honest. My son had left his wallet in my car and when I called them they found the wallet money and all. Highly recommend this company.”
