Just stop by to look at a camper or several... Supposed to be open at 9:00... 10 after in gate still locked and not a soul in sight... Plenty of bad reviews already... I'll not be buying anything there.. multiple phone calls no answer... Poor salesmanship equals poor service every time!Edit: Just rechecked your website again... On the third time searching, I found it on the homepage on a blinking banner and letters. So small of it. You can't see them and especially not only having 5 seconds to read it before it switches to something else... Not only that, but no signs out front saying that you're closed until January the 2nd and no telephone prompt when I called three times... On my way to another dealership now... Good luck in your future prospects

Called to order a RV refrigerator and wanted to ask 2 questions about installation. They would not let me talk to or schedule a time to talk to a technician to answer my question. Do not recommend Burdette Camping Center for parts or assistance for your RV.

I'm really shocked that I stopped by first thing to see if they would check my ball & hitch to make sure I had my camper connected and they refused. I offered to pay them and he said he didn't have time. I will never do business with someone who couldn't take 5 minutes to look at my camper.

I just bought a new palomino puma at Burdette’s, James was low pressure very helpful before and after sale, Doug was very helpful and informative about the hitch and trailer breaks. Everything works great. I’m a happy camper?️

Burdettes always takes care of our rig! They have fixed multiple problems over the years that no one else can fix. They are responsive, friendly, and fast! Highly recommend!

We initially purchased our camper a few years ago at Burdette's and had an awesome experience all the way around. Recently our camper was in an accident which resulted in the need for extensive repair. The place we took it to ruined it (lawsuit pending). We were distraught. I spoke with Sherry McAllister at Burdette's and she was a rock star! She went way out of her way to help us with getting our camper repaired. (above content abbreviated due to character review limit). I highly recommend Burdette Camping Center and recommend you stop there first when shopping for a camper. You'll need go no further!

wE HAVE A BRAND NEW CAMPER and they will not work on it! It's a simple door dragging. We have an extended warranty for future problems and they don't want Our business! This is a factory 1 year warranty they will not Honor!

Second camper that we have purchased from Burdette's. after the first one, I swore that I would not purchase from them again. Here we are, I went against my better judgemen, because they had the camper we were looking for and they offer life time warranty. They are great when you are purchasing and then it goes to the dogs. They require you to make an appointment to have your camper inspected and winterized by them to keep the warranty active. Of course, at your expense. Made the appointment and showed up to be told that they had several that day and would take a couple of hours to get to ours. Last year they made us stay with the camper, because it only took and hour. We agreed to pick up our camper the next morning. Upon arrival, we were told that they had not even gotten our camper started. We now have to drive back out For a third time. This is three trips of over 100 miles and with gas prices. they just don't care. There is no communication until you are standing right in front of someone. You never get to talk to the right person with you first phone call to them and if you leave a message, you get no return call.

They are amazing here. But before I get into how great they are I have to give a little back story. I reserved a camper at ANOTHER dealer, in Ashland KY, and they sold it out from under me when I went to go pick it go pick it up. But everything happens for a reason and I was sent to their door knocking. With that being said I reserve this camper totally online and over the phone, they took my information and got me approved for financing in like an hour. The price of the Camper was lower than what was online, what I expected to pay. When we went to sign the papers and do the walk through they let us come later so my oldest didn't have to miss school. When I say they showed us a walk through they showed us everything on the camper and how it worked. Everyone here did their job and they were amazing at it. They treated us like family they treated my kids like their grandkids they played with them and gave them treats. They knew I wasn't looking to spend a lot of money after giving them a huge down payment. They gave us a $50 gift card to their store on site and it went SO VERY FAR! Not only do they have a wide selection of campers there they are great down home people. They know you are buying this to make life long memories and they will do everything they can to help you with that! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!
