I stopped by this cricket store not knowing exactly what I needed, but I left feeling like a pro—and that’s all thanks to the amazing redheaded girl who helped me out. Her customer service was top-tier—super friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right gear. If you’re looking for expert advice and a great vibe, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Tried to activate a tablet and after 2 sim cars would not work. No manager in store to do a refund or help the employee there. I need the add on canceled and a refund....waiting for a call supposedly. Bad management leadership for any business.

The manager of this store is a joke, made changes to my account the employee working called said manager she gave him permission to make changes on the account go back in because everything was messed up and she proceeds to talk bad about this employee to me and blames it all on him saying he didn't have authorization when she gave him permission and I heard it myself. On another occasion said manager let the same employee sell me a outdated smart watch then wouldn't let the employee give me a refund. I felt so bad for this employee, I ended up switching phone companies because of this manager. I wish it would let me put no stars for a review.

I was standing outside Aldi’s in the Valley trying to make a call to my husband because of a flat tire. My phone kept disconnecting the call. Your employee Kylie stopped and asks if I need help. I explained my situation and she then lended me her phone to make my call. After my call she asks me who my current carrier was and if I was happy with them. I told her no. Kylie went on to explain to me about Cricket and showed me a flyer she had with her with the phone plans and prices on it. I was truly amazed at the difference I was paying for 1 phone at my carrier versus what I could be paying with Cricket. No brainer as to what to do. I went to Cricket the next day. Kylie was there and went over several phones with me and helped me choose the right phone and plan that met my needs. Needless to say Im a Cricket gal now and plan on staying. Thank you so much Kylie for all your knowledge and help!

This Cricket & employees have went beyond helping their customers. They have made and keep making a great impression on us. I have never been more impressed with the knowledge, helpful insight or experience, and the ability to communicate with others in a positive manner to make it easier to explain and to make sure everyone understands what the product or devised devices has to offer. Plus they are very accommodating to us and our Service dogs especially during this drought and serve heat that has been causing horrific conditions in our region.
With this teams effectiveness, politeness, willing to listen and learn from other employees /customers problems/advice to be sure they are providing to best of their abilities to improve the problems, being able to have a positive attitude towards their customer in the store or on the phone, always a pleasure to see the lovely people in Cricket in the Valley (Hurricane)! A huge thank you & major kudos for this store & it’s beautiful teamwork!!!

The worst retail experience I’ve ever had on either side of the counter after telling them I did not wish to deal with them and that I was only waiting on my wife to complete her transaction. I was told to leave the store for being rude when I asked the girls name that was telling me to leave she would not give it, when I told her that I would not leave she said she would call the manager so I said that would be great. Not trying to be a Kevin I’ve never had this experience before she calls when he answers he just says get out of the store or I’ll call the cops no ask for a explanation no what’s going on no nothing just get out the girl that was originally helping me was very nice. The girl that caused all the trouble had came in from another store and was on the phone until she got there telling the girl that I was dealing with what to do and was so rude just over the phone the person before me even said something about it. They have a problem at this store and I am not the only one that has had a bad experience there because the lady before me had a bad experience there so I know their are probably others. Don’t know who the owner or the manager is as nobody would tell me their name if this is a corporate company, they have a problem.

Absolutely love the service and phones especially if you got a HUGE family like I do, go to savanna in teays valley she's absolutely amazing and will hook you right up!!!! Very pleased and very happy kiddos lol get on down and check out there prices, befor switching to cricket I was paying 600 a month for 4 phones now I'm paying about 230 a month for 8 phones !
