My MIL is watching my 6 year old for the week. He developed an ear infection while there. The antibiotic prescription was sent to this CVS. When my MIL came to pick it up, the pharmacy technician called the pharmacist over and the pharmacist (not the tech, the pharmacist) on duty came over and gave her the prescription. The pharmacist didn’t go over the fact that my son was already on an antibiotic for impetigo and they didn’t mix the powder with water for correct dosing purposes. So my MIL got home to find two bottles of powder that she had to figure out how to measure and mix the proper dose herself, instead of the correct premixed medicine that she could give my child. Shame shame shame. Do better. Today you didn’t even reach the minimum of what you should be doing.
Make sure you are checking your scripts before you you leave.

Was kicked out of store for being rude. Probably wasn’t in there 20 seconds. This has to be the national record for CVS customer removal. Surely I get a plaque or trophy or at least my name mentioned in the CVS’s most undesirable customers ever served. You got temperament problems with your employees. All you had to say was 100 yds down the street. Having problems dealing with UPS customers? CVS, you’ve got a long ways to go before you can give me morality lessons. You know what I mean.

This is a very good cvs store because they have a large selection of products including liquor

One of the most difficult CVS locations around. This lunch hour can be separate times so he Pharmacy Is available. They close their window and turn phones off. They can't follow simply instructions and the store is no way helpful. I suggest moving pharmacy.

Sat in line for 20 minutes to pick up medicine for our 1 year old (in which time they only helped 2 cars in front of me) to pull at 12:28 and have the person at the window tell me they were going to lunch. I told him online it says they are closed from 1:30-2:00 PM. He said “yeah we know but it’s wrong” and then shut the window. Won’t go back.

The staff is very helpful and always greet me with a smile! ! I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for certain items. The coupons I receive from having an Extra Care Card save me money every time I go there! Wonderful store!!!

Horrible wait times on all meds. There’s not a single time in the last year that I’ve waited less than 30 mins. Just go somewhere else. 3 registers 1 person working. People sitting in the drive through waiting on meds for over an hour is crazy

Today was the icing on the terrible cake! I received a text from CVS that a new prescription had been sent in. Which was correct. This was prescribed to keep me out of the hospital. After being up all night and morning I drive myself to the pharmacy only to be told “looks like it’s still processing, I would say it will be ready closer to lunch which is coming up and we are closed for the hour, you can come back after that.” I live fairly close by. I no sooner get home and it is all the sudden ready. So basically my prescription had already been filled at the point of the 1st trip. It had just not sent the message out yet. Mary didn’t find it in her tight schedule to walk 10 steps to check on it. Mary you have no business being in this industry if you’re not there for your patients. I’ll be taking mine and my families prescriptions elsewhere.

This pharmacy sucks. Most pharmacy’s can have your prescription ready in about 30 minutes this one takes about 6 hours to 2 days.☺️

Running a pharmacy this way is nothing short of DANGEROUS. Terrifying and infuriating. Overcharged us many times adding up to hundreds (we always catch the mistake, never them) Never answer the phone, holding for over an hour every time. “Lost” our prescriptions. NEVER ready after they send text saying it’s ready. Poor treatment of humans all around and incompetent as a business. Save you/your loved ones strife and do NOT go here. I’m a patient person but after almost a year there, I’ll be pulling my parents prescription services and moving them tomorrow. I hate leaving bad reviews, everyone has bad days. It’s their consistency of TERRIBLE that lead me here.

I will suggest that no one uses this pharmacy unless they have to. I personally do not use them as my pharmacy for this reason, I walk in to get medicine for a family member and instantly can hear a woman by the name of “Jo” blonde women in her late 30s complaining about her job throwing bags of filled medicine at the other techs. Instantly talks to me like I’m stupid for simply saying the name of the person the medicine was for. Then precedes to tell me it doesn’t matter what the medication is that they’re filling it will take a while. I don’t have the energy to argue or defend myself from being talked to like I’m stupid by a pharmacy tech. It is not my fault you are a miserable human being. You’re lucky I am a God fearing man or I would have taken the time to tell you about yourself. Instead I will continuously suggest that no one uses this pharmacy unless you have no choice.
