I have purchased a Smoke Vape from these ppl I only had use for 7 days and the Vape is faulty equipment I tried to return it to the Babeebmville location within 9 days and Main Stream Vape store wouldn't stand behind their product when they had a 20% markup on the product I asked for a number gor management to resolve the issue I was told I can't have a number also So I'd alive if u want a respectful business to aatify your needs find another place to spend your money SALLY CARTER

First time buying a vape like this so I had some questions. The man that helped me, answered all of my questions and helped me get it set up. I did request that he not fill it up all the way because I wanted to do the rest myself to reinforce what I had learned but he did not listen. I suppose he "thought" he was helping me so that's why I still give 5 stars. Next time dude, listen to your customer. They have their reasons whether they care to explain it to you or not. I did not because it irritated me and I had nothing nice to say at that moment because you were so great overall. Thank you.

I just left there and I won’t be going backI stood there waiting for the employee to acknowledge me so I could buy, tried again while he was standing beside the product I tried to purchase…no response until I’m already halfway out the door.Previously,They sold me a product that malfunctions after every full charge. It’s a factory issue. They never gave me a receipt so I can’t return it.
