I shopped at store 3562 and got some product that didn’t taste so good and I was trying to do an exchange or a return but the sales rep did not know how to do a exchange so that’s the 1st problem he wasn’t trained correctly 2nd problem I was told by the sales rep that the store manager told him he can’t do it cause it’s from another store both store can do it and should do it cause it’s in the return policy so not willing to follow company policy’s either due to daily min to get that sales goal i have a pro member ship and I spend over $400 monthly in GNC I will be taking my business else where to people that can do a return and follow the company policy’s

Strong selection of supplements not available elsewhere, but difficult to discern which products are available only online before showing up at store
