I had made arrangements for my son to get home from school a few minutes early so I could bring him there for blood work and he wouldn't have to miss any school and we arrived 5 minutes early but they had already locked the doors, drove for 30 minutes to get there and they closed early. I'll make sure if a doctor sends us for lab work that it is another bussiness and not Labcorp.

My husband went in for bloodwork Feb 9, 2021.The blonde woman working was very rude and impatient with him.She told us in 8 min her computer was “shutting down” and she was going to lunch! Told him if we could get his insurance number from his doctor right next door she could do it but we only had 8 minutes! My husband had fasted for this blood work and this woman couldn’t even give him a kind word?! I told her to go ahead and shut her computer down now because we would never use LabCorp at this location as long as there are such rude people working there. I’m sure the other employees are probably much kinder and patient but this blonde woman working this date was ridiculously RUDE!My rating is actually zero stars for this employee today. I’ll give LabCorp one star but she deserves NOTHING! ZERO!

Went in today for bloodwork. The man that took my blood did an awesome job. He went above and beyond. He took my blood painlessly and cleaned up my foot that I cut on the way in the building. He was truly a blessing in my life today.

Tech is not wearing mask even though he works in close proximity to patients. It is hanging around his neck. People are waiting in cars and when he calls them in, he does so all at once Instead of staggering them, so the waiting room is Packed and not social distancing. He said he had called in 12 different people at once. It’s not set up for social distancing. He is congenial but with the virus professionalism is needed. If these are Labcorp standards, it’s unacceptable. I have been waiting for over 45 minutes. If I don’t wait in the crowded waiting room, I will be here all day because he doesn’t know who is next. He is here by himself. At 10:34, he texted that he was ready, it’s 10:55 and there are still 2 people in front of me. Really, Labcorp, if this is the way you run your satellite offices are my lab results going to be correct? This is my last time here. He’s a really nice guy and does a great job drawing blood, but with hundreds of thousands of people infected and so many dying, this is not right.
