Went with a coupon for $35. I had to pay $60. I was not told about the hidden charges until it was finished. They changed a filter that I didn’t agree to. I’ll go back to my regular place from now on. No hidden charges there. After reading the reviews, I’m seeing this happens a lot. They need to explain this before any service is done. I can get my oil changed for $40 with a tire rotation and fluid checks at the regular place I go.Service: Oil change

Poor service had no clue what they was doing. Went in for an oil change stated I wanted cheaper one $45.99 or some like that. Was charged $98.99. Also said my wipers were good but they aren’t bc they are damaged . Also they piddled for 10-15mins trying to find out how much oil and what type to use . Didn’t even know what type of motor was in my car I had to get out the car and tell them after 15 mins of them piddling .

Today, my wife took her 2020 Jeep Renegade to get her oil changed. As we’re in the bay, we hear the guy underneath the vehicle making snarky remarks about her skid plate and how it shouldn’t have one because the renegade is not an off-road vehicle. This upset my wife. Then we hear the guy underneath drop the skid plate. After they change the oil and he’s putting the skid plate on he’s telling the guys above him how he’s having trouble lining it up and in between I hear the impact making an awful racket. We pay and leave and drive to the Wendy’s next door to check the oil because she was not shown the dipstick like always. The oil level is fine but the skid plate is missing 4 bolts and one bolt is drove in halfway and at a little less than a 45* angel. We drive back across the street and I explain to the manager what was happening he offers to have it pulled back into the bay. After this, I don’t feel comfortable letting them work on my vehicle. I would bet that the bolts were lost when the skid plate was dropped and he wasn’t expecting someone to check his work. There are no universal parts for a Jeep and the bolts would have to be special ordered. Word of mouth travels fast and I have a very large and supportive social media. This needs to be addressed ASAP.Service: Oil change

It’s quick and convenient but I always feel like I got ripped off after leaving here and they always try to sell other parts that my regular shop ultimately says don’t need changed yet. I don’t feel like they explain or offer their options and they just go to the highest price oil before you know that they’ve started. I use them when my normal shop is too busy and I’ve let it go too long. I’m glad it’s around for those times but it will never be my go-to place.Service: Oil change

I've been a loyal customer since it was Pennzoil, my last oil change the drain plug was left loose. After 2000 miles my BMW alarmed that I was at minimum oil level. I immediately had to add 1 1/4 quarts to get back to full. The vehicle was in for inspection and tire rotation and the mechanic found the drain plug loose and dripping oil. I'll more than likely go else where for oil changes from now on,you lost my trust!

Friendly. Didn’t get pushy on extra services. Fast. Very thorough with self checks to ensure no leaks.A little pricey once taxes and environmental fees added. I had synthetic oil installed and 8 Qts so I realize 2 gallons of oil is not cheap. Used an in line coupon saving $15.Service: Oil change

This was a great experience. Very professional and prompt. Shawn Collins was my tech specialist and he was knowledgeable and friendly. I'll definitely go back when it's time for an oil change in any of my vehicles.

Today I was charged $66 dollars when I had a coupon for $35. The tech told me that the coupon was "confusing" and it's only $35 for conventional oil. I said okay. Another guy put in synthetic blend by accident and they argued with me saying they don't make 5w20 in conventional and if I want a discount I need to google one on my phone. After all that it was still $66 and they stole my coupon too. This is in Teays Valley WV. Invoice number - 00012-2882. They are scamming people and intimidating them to pay double what is advertised.I would rate these scanners zero stars if possible.
