I’m a regular at this location. However, the service has gone downhill recently. The past three times I’ve ordered from the MTO menu, my order has been wrong. Once they forgot something completely. The second time they forgot to put the steak on a steak salad. And today they forgot to put the lettuce on my sandwich but I understand I was interrupting their social hour. This was evidenced by the fact they were in deep discussion about tattoos and sharing pictures with each other on their phones. I even heard the one girl stop and ask herself out loud “What was I doing again?” Disappointed!

Yo this place be bussin. The employees are great, kind, and funny as hell. The food may not always look the greatest (you can order food like a toddler so it makes sense) all and all a really friendly store with incredibly helpful people! Shout out to my bois Jesse, Christian, Emily(all of them) Justin and Kenzie! And the rest of yall but I don't know your names, sorry!!!

The Teays Valley Sheetz is the best, all of the people that work there are amazing and friendly, genuinely care about the customers.
