Upon walking in, no greeting just “are you the online order?!” No.Walk to counter “what do you want?” “How many sandwiches are you getting?” Male employee sighed, looked put out, and lacked eye contact while female worker kept interrupting & rushing our decisions while being very pushy. “Are you getting drinks?” while we are telling the other guy what kind of subs we want. Shouting our total at us before we had even picked our toppings much less walked to the register. Mind you, there was absolutely no one else in the place and two employees to make our 2 sandwiches. Once we paid and sat down, they both pulled out their phones. Trash overflowing, floor dirty, tables dirty.Customer service is majorly lacking at this location!!

Doesn't support national promotions. If ownership is cutting corners here, where else are they cutting them? My stomach's response to the subs i begrudgingly paid full price for suspects it knows.

I am a tired working mother, sometimes when I’m giving baths in the evenings I send my husband to this subway to get us some dinner. I get the same exact thing every single time, every time he brings it home, which we only live 2 mins away, my sub is always cold, even after being double toasted. My husband says a pinch of lettuce & they pack it so full it can’t even fit in my mouth. The chicken is never done on my sub. The people are always nice but the food here sucks. They need training from the Winfield Subway because I work in Winfield & their food is always hot & delicious & just the right about of measurements on sub, not packed so full everything falls on your chest when you eat it. Do better..

Listen, it's fast food, we went after a wedding to pick up a lot of sandwiches for folks. Katie went out of her way to help us. She was kind and worked quickly!

Standard Subway fare, but the 2 members who were working that day were absolutely Delightful. So fun!! They were comfortable with each other, enjoying their jobs, and had a terrific attitude. Hands down the Best and most friendly Subway experience I've ever had. It's great when people let their personalities shine in a positive and entertaining way - not something I come across often. Great work to the young team members who took our orders!

Does not honor coupons. Just a heads up. Nothing posted on the door or counter about it.Besides that the floor was littered with paper.I would not recommend either Subway in this area unfortunately.

Do not go to this subway! Went for lunch today and a few co workers got cookies a dozen plus some extras and they have hair baked all into them! Manager basically called me a liar and said she checked the other cookies and nothing in them. I have video and pictures of the cookies! I won’t be going back there again. We spend a lot at this subway being that they are close to my work.

Average subway location. I’ve order the spicy Italian several times here it’s always been average not bad but not the best I’ve had. This location is overall average.

the serve was horrible today. The server didn't say a word but her actions said everything. I think pple should find jobs they like. banging & throwing stuff & showing an angry face means you don't like your job.

The girl on day shift is so rude. She is always rushing customers with a look like we are ruining her day because we came in to order food. I’m not going back in there until someone fixes her attitude.
