Topnails is a great place to get a pedicure or manicure. The staff is friendly and sweet. They are able to do exactly what you want, even if you have a special request. The salon is not usually busy so there is rarely a wait. Topnails is great for a special occasion like a wedding or just a fun day out with a friend or family member.
All I have to do is go in and tell Tony what colors I am interested in. He does a freestyle design on my nails and is always right. My nails always look good here.
