Terrible. Keep delivering my packages to the wrong places. It’s like they don’t care. Won’t pick up the phone either.

Worst place to answer their phone. I'm so tired of people not doing their job. How can you make an appointment to come it you can't get ahold of someone. Do your job or get a new one. It was the same thing a whole year ago.

I put a mail hold on for July 1 until July 14. On return I found that a package that had been sent was not in my mail. Following tracking information the package was shown to have been delivered to my mailbox July 1. On Monday the 17th I went to the Hurricane P.O. to try to track down my item. The employee I dealt with said it was delivered to my mailbox and I asked why, when I clearly had a mail hold? He would check and call back on Tuesday the 18th. Receiving no call I called again on Wednesday only to be told they would check and call me back. Some five hours later they called back when only minutes before a person showed up at my door with the package which had been included with his held mail. The USPS representative repeated the claim that the package was delivered to my mail box. When I explained that I now had the package and the circumstance of it's return, I asked why USPS tracking showed it delivered when it obviously never left the P.O., he said, "I have no idea."

The mail delivery person leaves my mail on my porch when I have another delivery. On a windy day it’s hard to tell what might be caught in the wind. And then he drives right by my mailbox to my neighbors.

I would love to know why the price for our po box went from $75 last year for a year, now its $176 for a year and$88 for 6 months. That's outrageous!!!!

They changed their delivery people recently, and it looks like they are either extremely d*** or extremely lazy. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They don't want to deliver my packages or pick up my packages if it involves getting out of their car. It's ridiculous.

most unprofessional place i've ever had to deal with they never answer the phone their subs on weekends must not be able to read misdelivered mail and do they do anything about it well no they don't why they get our tax dollars is beyond me they get paid to do a job and don't do it

The Hurricane WV Post Office lost my package, and then wouldn't answer the phone or tell me where my package went.. And I knoe people are gonna say they're busy, amd this or that.. my point is, I've dealt with this place for 18 years and they've never been helpful whatsoever....UPDATE: There was a substitute driver yesterday and left it in a mailbox on a completely different street. My wife talked to the regular driver today, and he went and found my package

I just recently moved to the hurricane area. I had to get a mailbox key made and was told it would be done within 5 days. It has been over two weeks and 3 trips to the post office since no one ever answers the phone, still no key. This is unacceptable. I have bills and other mail that I cannot get to and they don’t seem to care. They had to make a new sheet today to get the key made. They said they would call the supervisor and see if he can get it done today. However, that is exactly what they told me Friday and it’s now Tuesday. I hate leaving bad reviews but I have never dealt with anything like this before.

Been waiting on a key to my mail box for two weeks and it seems they don't know when it'll be done. Need to get people in there that know how to do there job.

So the US Postal Service has hours on the window of 9 opening on Monday through Friday at the lobby and 8:30 opening for the drive-thru at 8:30 neither part of the facility is open for customer service which I found ironic that they have two different listings for hours on the window and neither of the places are open that should be open at 8:30 furthermore they leave a call slip at your door to pick up a package telling you to return to the facility at 8:30 the next morning and you're able to pick it up but none of the location is open for you to pick up the package terrible way to handle customer service

Left a key to the larger mail box that doesn't work ( Christmas gifts ) . Have been calling for 25 minutes 12/23/2021 ringing all the way through. Panicking I won't have access to them in time .
