On June 21 at approximately 5 PM, I encountered a tire blowout while traveling through town from out of state, with my child in the vehicle. The assistance rendered by an older gentleman and a young man at the auto center was outstanding. I sincerely appreciate their help in ensuring my family's safe return home!

Did not receive my grocery order. Call the store was put on hold forever. The manager never did come to the phone. Will not shop at the store again

Fitting room phone operators very polite. They tried to help me reach the bakery. Nothing bad to say about these nice ladies.
BUT….
Good luck getting a bakery associate to answer your call. Call got kicked back to fitting room operator several times and still no answer on a page.
I finally got a deli guy to answer & I was told all bakery employees go home at 1pm!
I found out from a friend at the Huntington store that’s just not true.
I was planning to order 3 sheet cakes for a party. Bright side & lucky for me I called a professional bakery in Hurricane and I’m sure I’ll have much better tasting cakes, as their cupcakes and cookies are delicious! Well worth the small difference in price for professional employees!
This other bakery SM’s, a totally different and professional experience on phone than being treated rudely & told ridiculous “stories” after wasting 1/2 hour waiting to get an answer & being hung up on twice. Shame on this type customer service! Or should I say non-exhistant customer service?…..
