“Thank you to Kendal from Hanover for diagnosing the problem with the lug nuts on my flat tire. Another service company couldn't get them off to change my flat tire. I called for a tow truck thinking that was my only option at the time. But Kendal said the chrome caps on the lug nuts were stripped and wouldn't allow them to be removed. He used a screwdriver and hammer to remove three of the caps that were stripped and was able to easily remove the lug nuts after that. He put on the spare tire and we didn't have to be towed. Thank you so much to Kendal and Hanover. We were in Gatlinburg, TN and were able to get back on the road to Nashville because of his knowledge and skills.”
