Ever time I go to a rutters the food is beyond terrible. Didn't matter what state. Got a milkshake from this one and it was so water and the pretzel bites were defrosted and thrown in the bag smh

Hot chocolate and gas are the only 2 things that I regularly purchase from this Rutters in particular. I look forward to the hot cocoa after a long day at work. This evening when i stopped in there was a neatly written sign on the hot chocolare machine that read, temlorarily out of order. I was so VERY, VERY upset, as I had been looking forward to that warm cup of heaven for hours. It was evident that i was sad. I was certain that all hope was lost until Rutter's employee named KYLE came over, put on a fresh pair of latex gloves and pulled the refillable powder chamber from the machine. He poured some of the powder into a fresh cup Ķ me and showed me where the hot water and milk was. He also told the cashier to discount the hot cocoa because of the inconcenice. I waa very pleased and happy with how friendly Kyle was.

A very nice truckstop. My only complaint is that every single parking spot is slanted in some way. Idk why pavers can't put some fill dirt in and level the property out when they are building and paving these places.
Regardless, Rutters has clean bathrooms that actually stayed clean because they clean them often. When they close it with a "cleaning" sign, they're actually in there cleaning and not fooling around like at some other truckstops we all know but I won't name.
The food is also top-notch and very fairly priced, which is so refreshing considering how much other truckstops will do everything they can to fleece a driver. I got a double highway 30 burger and this thing was MASSIVE and delicious. Made with care exactly as I ordered it. Only $10. I was worried it wouldn't be enough until I saw them making it and regretted buying appetizers with it hahaha, but it was so good. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend at least stopping by for a meal.

This store is a joke its 100 degreese outside and they wont sell anything to drink go to sheetz down the street they have drinks

Came here today and one of the girls working here was on a ladder and was kind enough to bless a brotha with some cakes ? appreciate you shorty you have done me and you country a great service ? This place is caked out this world! God Bless Rutters!

I like the selection of goodies here, and I really like that you can still get alcohol after liquor stores are closed. The employees are always nice and are never slow. Bathrooms are nice and clean, but the last time the music in them was crazy loud. Always like coming here if I have to stop.

Awful staff, service, and competence. I personally recommend driving another 1/4 mile to sheetz where basic items aren't overpriced, and the staff is hospitable

Worst experience ever! They were doing a system update and couldn't ring anyone up at 1:43 am. I waited for 30 minutes and had to walk away without my purchase. Never come to this location you'll be disappointed.
