“So as you know moving can be hectic, especially when you add in moving trucks, helpers, boxes, work, finding a place etc, but Christine was so helpful and amazing!!!! I really like her!!!!! I had just moved from Augusta, ME for work and the place I moved into was completely trashed. It had mold issues, asbestos issues, leaking ceiling, flooded basement and after 6 months of that I had to break my lease!! Christine helped me get the right unit, told me additional info about Martinsburg that led to me finding a decent place ?? she also buys donuts for the customers”
“Stored our 36' motorcoach there for 5 years. Good RV storage option. Easy access from I-81. Good-sized spaces for even large RVs. Fenced storage lot with electronic gate access. Recently enhanced security with new lighting and video surveillance. Access roads recently re-paved. Management continues to provide good maintenance and upgrades to the facility. Site manager, Elizabeth, is very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Decorates entrance area nicely for every season. All in all, a good choice in the Winchester area.”
“ON SATURDAY APRIL 5TH I NEEDED A STORAGE UNIT AND SOMEONE SUGGESTED YOUR. I AM VERY HAPPY I FOLLOWED THEIR ADVICE. THE UNIT WAS JUST WHAT I NEEDED. WELL LITE, EASILY ACCESSIBLE AND VERY CLEAN.
THE PERSON WHO HELPED ME, KENYA, WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS WITHOUT HESITATION. WE DISCUSSED MY NEEDS AND I WAS PROMPTLY SHOWN A UNIT. SHE PATIENTLY WAITING FOR ME TO DECIDE IF IT WAS THE PROPER FIT. I FELT SHE WANTED ME TO BE COMFORTABLE WITH MY CHOICE.

“It doesn't look like much, but I'm very happy with this storage facility. The two women that work in the office were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgable about their facility. I got the smallest unit available which turned out to be a real deal. There was a special, three months for $75, $25 per month. I had been to several storage facilities previously, and they were either closed or had no units available. One I couldn't even get a hold of anyone. Ridgeway provides you the lock and keys. One time I left and mistakenly took the lock with me. The employees called me to inform me that my unit was unlocked. I really thought that was outstanding. They actually cared about the customer, rare these days. The units are clean. I have been on rainy days, and no leaks. I'm extremely happy with this facility and would recommend it to anyone that needs storage. My hats off to Ridgeway Self Storage.”
