I was in a Martinsburg Sheetz (546) today(6-30-25),probably around 10:30 this morning buying vape pods and food and the younger gentleman who rang me up was by far the most personable and respectful person I have ever encountered at any of the Sheetz I go to. I did not catch his name tag. I know he was wearing a name tag, but I just didn’t look at his name, but he was a younger black gentleman with glasses. He just left such an impression as a younger employee, I thought it was worth noting on here.

Very good experience. We got shakes and some snacks for our journey. The staff was very friendly. The restrooms were super clean. Definitely gonna stop here next time. ✅️

I love the new sheets, the people are very friendly, always clean and smells good. They always greet you when you walk in. They have great food and prices! I enjoy going there and ordering food and sitting outside to enjoy my meal.

We are so happy to see our location reopen. The store is beautiful and always very clean. The staff is always so sweet to us. Crystal is absolutely wonderful. We have only had fantastic service from this location.

I was sitting in the parking lot for 2 hours with a few friends. We weren’t doing anything wrong. We were trying to figure out an issue I am having with my car. Then a cop rolls up and takes our ID’s and tells us we aren’t allowed to come back. Luckily we didn’t get charged. So I had to leave in my car that is having an issue to where it struggles to make it up to speed limit. Just honestly think its stupid when there is nothing happening and everyone is being respectful of the property and we still get in trouble.

This may be the worst Sheetz in the NE. By far the worst Sheetz hot food I’ve ever seen and it’s not even close. The last 3 times I’ve been for a classic sampler it takes 10-15 mins. I think it’s partly due to staffing issues, I usually see 2 behind the counter with orders lining up. THATS NOT ENOUGH FOR THIS LOCATION YOU CHEAPSKATES. I will not be ordering food from this location again unless I plan for a nap on the wait.

Came in today around 4am to get money before a trip. Within an hour, my card had 4 attempted transactions from all over the US that I did not make. Just beware.
Store itself was clean but can't say much else, I didn't stay long or purchase anything.

I normally stop at this Sheetz because it is in a convenient location. I stopped here on 4/20/24 around 1pm and had an awful experience. I came in and ordered MTO like I normally do. I was with a friend, and we both got our orders within a good amount of time. Since we had been working for around 3 hours, we decided to order to iced coffees after we had gotten our MTO. We placed our order, paid for it, and then go stand to wait. As someone who is employed in the food industry, I always try to be as lenient as possible when it comes to wait times. I understand that making food takes time, and will never get upset when I have to wait an extra couple of minutes for it to be finished. The wait time is not my biggest concern when it comes to this experience. I am more concerned about this particular employee who was working when we waited 20 minutes for two coffees. We were standing there, and she had called out orders of people who ordered after we did. Even then, I was not that upset, because it is understandable when we all order different products. But all we had were two coffees. She noticed us standing there for a while, and finally asked us if we were waiting on an order. When we told her and she noticed it was only two coffees, she replied, "Okay well I'm the only back here so it's gonna take awhile" in a very snarky tone. Saying it was going to take awhile after we had already been standing there for around 15 minutes was just insanity. I never try to "flame" any other food places because I work in food and understand stuff happens. But when we ordered two coffees and then you give us a mean reply when we were extremely nice about waiting 20 minutes, I mean it is simply unacceptable. Customer service is key to a guest having a good experience. Even if their order is messed up, or they simply just didn't enjoy the food, they won't forget how they were treated by the employees. I don't care that I waited 20 minutes (and both our coffees were made incorrectly anyways), I care that I was not treated nicely after being extremely polite to the employee working that afternoon.

They’re always fast with making our food and everyone is so nice. We go here every Sunday for food and drinks.This is definitely our favorite Sheetz.
