I normally stop at this Sheetz because it is in a convenient location. I stopped here on 4/20/24 around 1pm and had an awful experience. I came in and ordered MTO like I normally do. I was with a friend, and we both got our orders within a good amount of time. Since we had been working for around 3 hours, we decided to order to iced coffees after we had gotten our MTO. We placed our order, paid for it, and then go stand to wait. As someone who is employed in the food industry, I always try to be as lenient as possible when it comes to wait times. I understand that making food takes time, and will never get upset when I have to wait an extra couple of minutes for it to be finished. The wait time is not my biggest concern when it comes to this experience. I am more concerned about this particular employee who was working when we waited 20 minutes for two coffees. We were standing there, and she had called out orders of people who ordered after we did. Even then, I was not that upset, because it is understandable when we all order different products. But all we had were two coffees. She noticed us standing there for a while, and finally asked us if we were waiting on an order. When we told her and she noticed it was only two coffees, she replied, "Okay well I'm the only back here so it's gonna take awhile" in a very snarky tone. Saying it was going to take awhile after we had already been standing there for around 15 minutes was just insanity. I never try to "flame" any other food places because I work in food and understand stuff happens. But when we ordered two coffees and then you give us a mean reply when we were extremely nice about waiting 20 minutes, I mean it is simply unacceptable. Customer service is key to a guest having a good experience. Even if their order is messed up, or they simply just didn't enjoy the food, they won't forget how they were treated by the employees. I don't care that I waited 20 minutes (and both our coffees were made incorrectly anyways), I care that I was not treated nicely after being extremely polite to the employee working that afternoon.

They’re always fast with making our food and everyone is so nice. We go here every Sunday for food and drinks.This is definitely our favorite Sheetz.

Shadonna is amazing…in the middle of a hectic night she kept her cool, customer service was amazing and kept a smile the entire time…PROMOTE SHADONNA AND GET HER TO TRAIN THE OTHER STAFF ON COMPOSER AND SERVICE..keep thriving Shadonna…and Merry Christmas now for the other staff…santa will be serving you coal this year for being cold…..

Horrible customer service horrible attitude by the lady’s work behind the counter. They act like the customer is bothering them by helping the customers. You also have to watch them because they make up the own rules and try to change for a drink with there combo meals. I work a block away from this store and I’ll drive to the sheetz that’s like 3 miles or more away before dealing with that store. Sheetz should fire the whole store and start over ! I’d actually give this store negative ⭐️ if I could

Sheetz has went & lost their minds! I went in to pick up an order I placed on the app. I thought I'll order a refresher drink. Well, that order quickly got canceled! $6.38 for a large cup with ice and sparking water! $1.78 was for the mango popping bubbles I was adding, so technically, $4.60 for a cup with sparking water. I can buy a 12 pack of BUBLY sparking water for $4.99! The prices are ridiculous now. There is no way i can justify that price for WATER! Flavored or not, sparkling or dull! Nope, not happening!

Kinda annoying that my ID won't scan here and I'm 35 years old and the 40 year old cashiers can't help me without getting their manager to read my ID. Stupid policy find a better way considering uour always understaffed and have long lines. Other than that 4 stars. I deal with it daily and honestly avoid this store whenever I don't have 10 mins to waste.

Inwood sheetz used to be so busy hated going there but now its a lot better. Employees are nice an helpful so much better than tabler station sheetz they suck!

They call that food. I ordered 2 steak and cheese subs, absolutely disgusting, horrible. Then ordered appetizer, unbelievably horrible. Nothing tastes good. Then got 2 fountain soda, even that was horrible, how do you mess up soda? Never again. I do not recommend this place for food. I've ate at hagerstown md sheets, Food was good, i ate at frederick md sheetz, food was good. There is no excuse for food tasting this bad. McDonald's food is 10 times better than inwood sheets. Never again! If you can't cook good food then don't.

Don't order food here they give 0 cares about quality at all. 3 times now they failed to make a chili dog properly.. I mean really how hard is it to add more than a few drops of chili but also how hard is it to put the hot dog into the bun first like literally everyone else in the US does... Who does this backwards?!But then this time I get chicken too assuming they can't screw both up but yep, they did... Here I am at home with chicken that has no almost no sauce, the little bit of sauce it does has is basically turning the container mushy and not even on the chicken.Seriously these people need training bad I mean little kids would literally do better.

Consistent staff that are friendly. Now that they have the self check out you can get in and out of store a lot faster even when they are quite busy.

Worst bathrooms I’ve ever been in and we love sheetz.Women’s bathroom only had two stalls and one of those was chock-full of toilet paper and whatever and couldn’t even be used.
