Anytime I read reviews, I always read them with a grain of salt. That being said, everything i read on here about Joyce is 100% true. She is awesome. This is the first time I am renting a storage unit and she made it extremely easy all while being super friendly. The whole process took less than 7 minutes to complete and I feel comfortable knowing if I do have any additional questions, I can just call and they will be address. Thank you again Joyce!!!

I absolutely love this storage place. I have been renting from Joyce for coming up on two years. My things are safe in a gated area. Always clean and clear. Communication is amazing not only from her but her staff as well. Her love for her community is amazing. I am constantly seeing her support the Inwood community. If you are looking for a safe, clean, and well managed place to keep you precious belong this is where I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great storage facility! Clean units in gated lot for extra security. The owners are extremely kind and helpful as well as easy to work with. I would highly recommend using South Berkeley Storage for all of your storage needs!

Joyce is wonderful. So thankful for her and her facility over the last 2 years. My stuff stayed safe and the area was always clean. Highly recommend if you need a storage unit. Prices are extremely reasonable.

Well after looking at many other options for storage in Inwood I decided to go here. I am so glad I did. Gated spot! Love this!! And dealing with the owner Joyce was just awesome! I highly recommend this place if you are in need of storage!

We have used these storage units two different times, and each time for over a year. The owners are very nice and easy to work with. The facility is protected with fencing and a gate that is operated by passcode. If at any time we couldn't get in the gate, we were able to contact them to get a new passcode to get in. They were also on property most days which made us feel more secure storing our belongings there.
